Welcome to my free yoga class series,
Intentional Yoga for Turbulent Times.
Each of these classes provides an accessible, impactful opportunity to set a personal intention around a particular theme of healing and growth. All you need is a pillow (bench or seat), some water, a mat and an open, adventurous spirit. Each class is between 35 and 40 minutes.
